I was going to do this great post today all about mental health and stuff but I’m too upset to think. So here’s what it boils down to:
- Be nice to other people. You don’t know what they’re going through.
- Be nice to yourself. You deserve it.
- If you are feeling the strain, talk to someone.
- If someone reaches out to you, just listen. Don’t preach. Just listen.
